Eurowings reservation system update on 5/6 September 2018

Eurowings will be updating the reservation system and as a result web check-in through eurowings.com and mobile check-in through the customer app will be unavailable from 2 p.m. on 5 September 2018 until 6 a.m. on 6 September 2018. Eurowings asks passengers who plan to use the mobile check-in and web check-in options to do so before 2 p.m. on 5 September 2018. Passengers will of course still be able to check in at the airport in person after 2 p.m.

The option to check in on the evening before departure will not be available at Dusseldorf airport on Wednesday, 5 September 2018.

Eurowings asks passengers of flights taking place between 10 p.m. on 5 September 2018 and 6 a.m. on 6 September 2018 to allow for more time at the airport.

Once the update has been completed, the Eurowings website and mobile customer app will be available as usual again.
