Adjustment of the goodwill policy – no refund due to entry restrictions

With immediate effect, passengers of Lufthansa Group Airlines who are no longer able to start their journey due to changed entry restrictions will only have the opportunity to rebook once free of charge.

A free of charge refund due to entry restrictions is no longer possible.
