Adria Airways has ceased operations

The Slovenian airline Adria Airways (JP) has filed for bankruptcy and discontinued flight operations on 30 September 2019.

Passengers with a booked Adria Airways flight on an OS (257), LH (220), LX (724) or SN (082) document can refund their ticket free of charge or be rebooked on alternative Lufthansa Group flights.

If you have any questions, please contact your Lufthansa Group Agency Support regarding your customers who have booked

• an Adria Airways flight (including wet-lease flights) on an OS (257), LH (220), LX (724), or SN (082) document, or 
  
  
• an OS/LH/LX/SN code-share flight on a JP (165) document

Good to know: The Lufthansa Group airlines will soon launch flights to Ljubljana in Slovenia.
