Information on erroneous Brussels Airlines flight cancellations published on 14 December 2023

Due to a technical error in the reservation system, Brussels Airlines published several flight cancellations on Thursday, 14 December 2023 by mistake – mainly for departures on 31 March 2024 and 1 April 2024 – and automatically sent notifications to affected passengers.

The flights erroneously cancelled have already been reinstated in the system.

You are welcome to rebook/reissue/refund Brussels Airlines flights which were erroneously cancelled on 14 December 2023 yourself in accordance with the Schedule Change/Irregularity Policy for Travel Agents (OS/SN/LH/LX).
