Simplified onboard service for additional safety

It is important to the airlines of the Lufthansa Group to offer passengers the best possible service, especially in these times when traveling is more complex than usual. Our top priority: the health of passengers and crew. Together with virologists, all processes on board have been reviewed in detail and, in some cases, adapted to minimize the physical contact between crew and guests. The simplified on-board service with an adjusted range of food and beverages is currently planned to be in place through 31 August 2020.
