UMNR and AVIH embargo on Lufthansa flights for new bookings through 30 September 2022

For Lufthansa flights from 16 July through 30 September 2022, booking of the care service for unaccompanied children (UMNR) and the transport of animals in the hold (AVIH) is not possible. Booking requests will be immediately rejected with "NO". This restriction does not apply to bookings that have already been confirmed.

In case of a flight cancellation (involuntary) or a voluntary rebooking, please contact your Lufthansa Group Agency Support for re-booking the originally confirmed UMNR or AVIH on the alternative flights.
